How do I upload a video?
Relatively short videos can be uploaded in the same way as a photo. Images and videos uploaded from the article editor are automatically saved to the Asset Manager.
How do I change a video’s preview image?
Once the video has been uploaded, click the Edit icon, then select the Edit Image tab on the left and add an image.
How do I display a YouTube video?
To add a YouTube video to an article feature image:
- Find the video on Youtube and copy the YouTube URL
- In your article, click 'Upload image' in the feature image and navigate to the Youtube tab
- Click 'Insert video URL' and paste in your link
- Close the image window and Publish
Can I include an ad before a video?
To do this you will need to add it to the original video.
Does uploading videos cost extra?
Not usually, but if video is employed extensively it may lead to incremental increases in hosting costs.
Can I use other video-hosting platforms?
The platform natively supports Vimeo and YouTube.
